With a growing number of projects and players, the Community /Social Media Manager has the exciting prospect of engaging with our awesome audience. Managing and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere across all social channels will be a key focus of this role as well as ensuring the right message and feel is being conveyed in the social ecosystem of Bossa Studios.

Job Responsibilities

- Create, coordinate and deliver the right tone and message across all social media
- Liaise with in-house teams to coordinate all events for the community
- Align key launch times and strategies with solid communication plans across all channels
- Moderate all social media
- Community reporting and fan page metrics
- Ensure the Bossa brand is reflected through community actions
- Monitor discussions, act accordingly, identify player issues and communicate them to the development teams through reactive and pro-active feedback
- Plan and execute community-facing initiatives including contests, fansite programs, offline events and social media initiatives with a focus on key objectives and KPI’s
- Enforce Bossa Studios’ rules and guidelines
- Create and edit content for social channels – promotional, instructional and assets

Your Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years experience within a Community / Social Media Management role in gaming
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Photoshop, video/audio editing or Wordpress is a plus
- The desire to generate impactful results and have the ability to demonstrate those results in a way that can be measured
- Passion for social media and gaming
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- A strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to act accordingly
- Self motivated, goals-driven and well organized
- Has a solid understanding of new media, social networking, and cutting edge community tools and techniques
- Cheery personality!
