Sales Associate for high potential young business

Our service provides companies – large and small – with immediate access to high end management consultants on a direct basis and without any of the fixed costs or mark-ups charged by traditional agencies.

With a global network of members in over 100 countries and a long list of blue chip clients the business is quickly growing into a highly exciting venture that is ready to expand

The Role:

As Sales Associate, your key role will be meeting and selling to small and medium sized businesses in the UK (£100k to £50 million turnover, business to business only). Since our product offering deals with a company’s strategy or business development, having a degree in business would be of use. You will be expected to evangelise for MBA & Company in a face to face context. As such, this role spans representing MBA & Company at relevant trade shows, networking events, seminars, and conferences, in addition to running sales campaigns and one-on-one meetings with small and large businesses.


Ideal candidates will have EITHER a background in recruitment but with strong interpersonal skills and a natural inclination to undertake sales. An ability to understand the common problems faced by a small/medium business is a big plus. OR significant experience in a sales function at a medium/large B2B corporate

• The role requires a driven, ambitious, entrepreneurial individual who can function well both independently and as part of a lean, aggressive team in order to achieve significant stretch targets.
• Ability to improvise and take the lead, rather than follow orders is desired
• Duties and Responsibilities*
• Generating leads
• Introductions to marketing directors, business development directors and other c-suite personnel
• Attending trade fairs and liaising with trade associations to construct a route to *SME directors and financial directors in particular
• Converting leads into sales.
• Arrange and attend introduction meetings with business owners and their financial directors.
• Deliver standard sales pitch with supporting collateral. Review basic public and private company information; prepare diligence questions for the business.

The position is a fulltime role based from our North London office although we will soon be relocating to Old Street / London Bridge area.

The successful applicant can expect an OTE of £85,000

o Basic salary to £35,000.
o Target bonus of £50,000
o Uncapped commission structure.
