The Job

Your job will be to work in the Communications Team in the day-to-day running of our digital communications to customers. You'll learn how to use Salesforce (our CRM system) and have the chance to learn HTML/CSS and SQL - the things we love when designing and analysing our comms. All in a dynamic and action-driven working culture.

We like to give Interns ownership over projects - so in your first six months you'll be given projects to own. Building and optimising communication journeys that have a real business impact.


About you

Talented, inquisitive and eager to learn. Analytical, data-driven and fluent in using toold such as Excel to look at data. You are a creative problem-solver with an operational mindset, and you have a keen eye for detail. You play well in a team, listen and learn from others to ensure successful collaboration. You have confidence in copywriting, with basic design skills to craft eye-catching email campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities

Optimise communication flow for the cart abandonment segment
Design, build, test and improve a buyers’ remorse communication flow
Assist execution of business as usual communications
Track and report performance and suggest continuous improvements

Requirements

Creativity to come up with outside of the box ideas to take on challenges
Excellent writing / copywriting skills
High attention to detail
Understanding of continual improvement
Great communication skills
Confidence to lead cross-functional project
Data savvy (knowledge in SQL is a bonus)
A passion for learning
