Junior Complaints Handler - Investigating and resolving customer complaints

£22,000 per annum (£18,000 basic + £4,000 bonus)

Paymentsense has an immediate requirement for an organised and proactive Junior Complaints Handler to join what is currently one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK.

You are: Bright, switched on and able to work with great attention to detail whilst in a fast pace environment. You will be able to manage your own time and have exceptional written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of customer related complaints, both written and telephone based
Provide exemplary complaint resolution and service to ensure a reasonable and consistent approach for our customers
Maintain a high standard of responses, whilst adopting an empathetic and clear approach
Maintain compliance with regulatory and business requirements relating to complaint handling, standards of service and customer appointments, while adhering to internal and external Service Level Agreements and KPIs
Work closely with operational teams to ensure effective communication is upheld with our customers through to resolution of their matter
Liaise with 3rd party/partner suppliers by email, phone and letter
Candidate Profile

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Computer literate with high attention to detail
Ability to collate and analyse information from various sources to identify key issues and trends
Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information logically and persuasively in a business-like manner
Ability to organise and manage own time effectively to achieve deadlines ad prioritise work according to conflicting demands
Ability to thrive in fast moving entrepreneurial business environment
Proactive team-player
