This isn’t your typical support gig, You will be encouraged to not only provide a high level of service to all our users but to also get involved in improving all functions and procedures within the support team.


We provide support to our users around the world so you will be expected to cover support up until 11pm on a rotation basis with the rest of the team

In February 2014, we launched our brand new generation of services, aiming to instantly turn any application into a Cloud service, from anywhere and on any device. In 2016, we are releasing our revolutionary platform to Cloudify, SaaSify and Socialize Desktop Applications and we need to grow the team to support that.


Responsibilities


Client Service:

  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues (chat, email)
  • Manage assigned tickets and workload
  • Escalate Level-3 support and product issues
  • Publish knowledge base articles to improve our self-help offering


Product:

  • Collaborate on improving user documentation and website
  • Propose product enhancements based on user feedback


QA:

  • Assist in test Cycles for new candidate releases
  • Improve and maintain test plans
  • Manage and optimise testing environments
  • Verify bugs and collaborate with the Development team on providing fixes


Skills


A perfect candidate can hit that sweet spot between a technical and a customer-facing role with a lust to learn new technologies and responsible for owning customer issues until resolution. You’re a great fit if you have:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Operating systems knowledge (Windows, OS X, Linux)
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Passion, curiosity, energy, humour, guts

Bonus

  • Enjoying contact with clients
