Treehouse is a workspace created by GrantTree a year ago. It’s a unique building where we want all our tenants to feel at home and BYOP (Bring Your Own Personality). What makes us happy here is the little things: from making beautiful coffee in the morning to gathering in our cafe space to watch a movie in the evenings.


As our Facilities and Community Manager, you will make sure that Treehouse functions perfectly. By fixing problems before anyone is affected, and by looking after the little things, you will enjoy being one of the stars of our working community.


About you

  • You have at least one year’s experience in a relevant role (ideally in a managed office space)
  • You have shown you can build relationships and handle difficult situations
  • You are comfortable working independently – you will be an important link between all the companies in Treehouse, but will be a “team of one” and need to organise all your work for yourself
  • If you have office space sales and marketing experience, that’s a welcome bonus

We believe that people should be rewarded fairly for the work they do. At GrantTree there is transparency over salaries and the way we work them out. For this role, this is likely to lie between £25k and £30k. We also have an annual profit sharing scheme for the whole team.
