There aren’t enough great nurseries across London. And as life in the city speeds up, we wondered why nurseries weren’t keeping up – parents still face awkward opening times, crazy late fees and paper reports. So we set out to create N is for Nursery. Flexible and friendly, designed for London families.
The plan is to deliver 10 new sites across London over the next 5 years. We will be differentiated in the market by;

We are at the start of our journey. Currently a very small team looking to recruit our first couple of strategic hires.
We are recruiting a Sales and Marketing Lead. The role has huge potential with the successful candidate having the freedom to build this exciting brand from scratch.
Deliver on occupancy targets
Design and implement the sales & marketing strategy to ensure that each site hits 90% occupancy within 12 months from opening
Workshop & events programme
Curate an industry-leading programme of parent & child workshops, talks and online content
New revenue streams
The CSMO will work closely with the CEO and COO in delivering additional revenue streams, including exploration of ideas from babysitting services to utilizing the physical spaces during non-teaching hours
The ideal candidate will fit the following description:
Min 5 years relevant experience
Strong track record in fast growing companies
A down to earth, genuine approach
Strong understanding of the target market and a solid strategy for how to deliver this ambitrious plan
