We have a placement / internship opportunity and are looking for a hard-working Dialog designer intern (logical + creative mind – writer) (scenarist/scriptwriter)
In this internship, you will be working on the personality of our virtual assistants (aka chatbots)
Please note that applications without a portfolio won’t be considered.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
• Write conversational scripts that make a conversation with a chatbot feel natural
• Ensure that the messages delivered communicates the path planned for the user-experience
• Create a cohesive tone of voice for each chatbot and ensure that a consistent language is applied across the product
• Be proactive and plan for different human-intents (humans will go off-script – if allowed) and define behavior handling

• Sharp minded, technology affinity, and good at logical thinking (trust us: you need to have a very logical mind AND have a creative brain)
• Extended understanding about psychological dynamics
• Expertise in Communications
• Ability to interview customers and experts effectively
• You are self-driven and have (very) high work ethics (We have some ambitious targets to reach very soon)
• You’re also passionate about startups and technology. It will be a plus if you have participated in Hackathons before
• Flexible work arrangements. For candidates abroad, we sadly won’t be able to cover relocation/accommodation costs or provide Visa support.
