We’re looking for a strategic, Recruitment consultants in London to educate clients to drive online sales expansion for the company. A strong candidate will have excellent communication skills, consistent work ethic and a desire to be a part of one of the upcoming internet companies in the recruitment space.


You will be responsible for the recruitment and resource management of temporary & permanent personnel for our key clients.


We have a clear plan to expand, and we are seeking individuals ranging from experienced recruitment consultants through to candidates without any prior recruitment experience but possesses a history in Sales along with the will to succeed.


Day-to-day activities will include: *Conduct face to face visits, live product demonstrations over the phone and weekly webinars educating clients on our product *Identify revenue opportunities across the market *Analyse and present monthly analytics reports *Develop industry relationships in order to promote Ribose products in the market *Work with all the team to ensure a positive candidate experience beyond just scheduling interviews *Find innovative ways and introduce bright ideas to creatively scale our recruiting efforts.


Candidate requirements: *Experience is ideal (such as working in recruitment agencies, online advertising, technical recruiting or with Google AdWords) *A networker, ability to build / generate internal and external relationships. *Balanced input/output across all elements of the recruitment lifecycle *Is driven to overachieve targets *Manages and develops existing accounts *Sources candidates via networking, referrals, advertising and recommendation *Champions the services and objectives of Ribose to clients and candidates *Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities *Passion to educate and close deals quickly *Is metrics-oriented, organised and has a need to win *Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills *Experience in building, managing and engaging talent pipelines
