About the role
We would like to hire someone experienced with mobile app and marketing materials design. This role will be a great opportunity for you to really demonstrate your digital design skills. You will work with us on the website, blog, community areas… in fact every aspect of our design on the internet. We are after someone with excellent design ability and a willingness to learn. You will have large amount of responsibility, and be a key member of our design team.
You will be working with several teams to very tight deadlines so excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills are vital. What is most important is your passion for digital design.
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop & Sketch
- An understanding of responsive web design
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential (pixel perfect design, typography and colour choice)
- Flexibility to work on both print and digital communications
- Prototyping Software skills (Invision, Principle)
- Artworking files for print and web
- Wireframing skills
- Full Adobe creative suite skills.
Desirable (not essential, but great to have)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and their limitations would be a bonus but not essential.
- Previous experience of working in a UI/UX role
- Previous experience working within a team

We would like to hire someone for this role for early-February start. It will be a two-stage recruitment process. The first set of interviews (to measure your culture fit) will be held between 23 – 30th Jan. The second more technical interview (evaluating your design skills and knowledge) will be held between 3rd – 7th Feb.
