We’re looking for a highly talented, eager and well organised Account Manager to work with our UK and International clients. In this role you will be responsible for managing projects and building relationships with existing and new partners based anywhere from London to Lagos.

You love to get stuff done; from brainstorming to execution. You naturally champion the customer – both our partners and the end users. You are keen on coming up with innovative and practical solutions to ensure optimal customer experience and business growth.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage and own key international and UK accounts o Project manage the on-boarding of new clients from contract signing to go-live date, working with external and internal teams to ensure communications, branding, proposition and technical requirements are delivered on-time and within budget
• Support business development team in acquiring new clients and conversion of leads to sales o Support the creation and build of new client propositions
• Work and develop great relationships with clients o Manage CRM requirements for account management relationship communications

• Deliver monthly client performance reviews
• Continually assess client performance and work with clients to discover ways to further relationships and nurture business growth
• Keep up to date with market news and developments and the competition to continually suggest ways to add value to the service and disrupt the market
• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your clients and customers, to support business development, new product development briefings and operational improvements.

Performance metrics

• Time management and execution of new client on-boarding
• Client satisfaction, retention and growth of relationships 

• Registration rate and utilisation of service 

• Net promoter score and patient satisfaction

Minimum requirements

• 3-4 years of account management and/or product development and/or marketing experience 

• Proven track record in taking end-to-end responsibility for managing clients and/or projects 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done 

• Strong project management skills 

• Strong ability to interact with a variety of teams and stakeholders (both internal and external) on different management levels 

• Highly focused on ROI 

• Proactive and “can do” attitude 

• A team player – willing to help others, and ask for help when needed 

• Keen to contribute to other areas of the business 


Desirable attributes

• Experienced in fast-paced working environments 

• Experience working with clients from around the world
• Experience in using CRM systems i.e. Sales Force or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 

• Experience in a service/ retail industry, specifically dealing directly with end-users/customers
