We are one of the UK’s leading companies building a national network of Electric Vehicle charge points to support the Electric Vehicle revolution
We need a super organised Office Manager to welcome our visitors, keep the POD Point snack bar full, keep our office neat and tidy, manage a few suppliers, and generally make sure the staff and office are under control!
Our awesome Office Manager will:
- Welcome visitors
- Route incoming calls and post.
- Book travel & look after our pool cars
- Keep the snacks and coffee permanently stocked up (we can’t function without either)
- Manage the various office services and the relationship with the landlord
- Keep the stationery topped up (pens never last long in this place)
- Help organise our parties and social events
- Keep the place looking presentable
- Ad hoc admin when required
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Super organised
- Experienced (1-2 years would be ideal)
- A fabulous communicator
- Full of boundless energy
- A computer whizz
- Constantly looking for ways to improve systems and processes
