Responsibilities:

Training and supervising local teams in our countries in social media strategy and tracking solutions
Reporting, monitoring and researching, as well as supporting the local teams in finding new ideas and implementing social media campaigns in cooperation with other online marketing channels
Implementing brand-specific and strategic follower strategies
Coordinating, monitoring our influencer marketing and outreach
Develop, implement and monitor our content marketing strategy thereby working closely with other marketing departments

Requirements:

Knowledge of how to build communities
Familiarity with all functionalities of Facebook’s fan pages as well as with Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
University degree in a marketing related field or an equivalent professional education
> 2 year of professional experience in online marketing with a strong focus on social media
Strong enthusiasm for the internet and social media
Creativity, communication skills and a strong sense of self-initiative
Design experience and proficiency in Photoshop is a plus
Fluent in English
