Our ground- breaking search engine returns and ranks the most relevant definitions, diagrams and examples across thousands of titles, enabling students to learn, study, and answer assessment questions faster than ever before.


The Role
The Head of Sales works under the CEO and is responsible for generating new institutional sales of Bibliotech’s subscription packages to universities (including academics, departments, and libraries). The Head of Sales will also formulate and implement Bibliotech’s sales strategies across the UK and international markets.


The successful candidate will have 5+ years of institutional sales experience in one or more of the following sectors:
-Software as a service (SAAS);
-Higher education; or
-Publishing.


Ideally the candidate will have a number of relevant existing contacts and relationships that they can make use of to expand Bibliotech’s reach.


Remuneration
The Head of Sales is expected to earn a total salary of £65-95k/year. The role offers an excellent base salary of £35k/year. You can also expect to earn a further £30k-60k/year by reaching realistic sales targets of 5-10 new institutional deals per month.
