Hello. This is a different kind of Escalation Manager role. Different in terms of environment, culture, approach, operating model and future progression opportunities.

The crux of the role is acting as escalation point for a busy Helpdesk. You will likely have performed an IT Technician role yourself earlier in your career. Exceptional soft skills are complemented by solid technical knowledge.

  • Keep up to date with industry certifications and regulations.
  • Have oversight of client on-boarding procedures.

  • ITIL or similar qualifications would be highly beneficial.
  • Prior experience of working in a Managed IT Service environment.
  • Excellent IT infrastructure knowledge and an articulate, client-facing manner.
  • Ability to keep a cool head in pressurised situations.
