Hello. This is a different kind of Technical Account Manager role. Different in terms of environment, culture, approach, operating model and future progression opportunities.


The crux of the role is ensuring our clients are happy with the service they receive, made aware of any IT risks and kept up to date with new technologies they could leverage. Regular client contact and relationship building is therefore of paramount importance.


THE OPPORTUNITY


  • Join a fast-growing, investor-backed Managed IT Support and Cloud Hosting Services firm.
  • Build client relationships, fostering a culture of trust and mutual understanding.
  • Define project roadmaps, manage logistics, co-ordinate multiple resources.
  • Keep up to date with industry certifications and regulations.
  • Have oversight of client on-boarding procedures.

SKILL SET


  • PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL or similar would be highly beneficial.
  • Prior experience of working in a Managed IT Service environment.
  • Good IT infrastructure knowledge and an articulate, client-facing manner.
