Business Development Manager

As a result of rapid growth, Abintegro is looking for a Business Development Manager. This is a key role pivotal to Abintegro’s future success, playing a core role within our commercial team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a high flyer wanting a career within a dynamic entrepreneurial team.
We are a fast-growth post start-up London based B2B SaaS business, and were recently awarded the prestigious Education Technology Industry Award for Innovation and Growth.
This role will give you real responsibility from day 1 and give you the opportunity to see the impact of your work contributing to the success of the business.
You will be responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets by building a pipeline of prospects, working through a highly consultative sales process, working with our technical team to design solutions, negotiating and on-boarding new clients. You will be working within a sociable, driven and professional commercial team, and work directly with the company founders / leadership team.

-A track record (in the UK) of success in sales, business development or account management
-Knowledge of sales processes, commercial awareness, negotiation skills and a commitment to self-improvement
-Skilled relationship builder and exceptional communication skills
-Highly motivated and ability to work independently
-If you have worked for a SaaS business, eLearning company or online/software provider into the HR sector it will be an advantage
-Degree level education
