Client Services Specialist

FlatClub has an open position for a Client Services Specialist responsible for service delivery for our business platform users. This role requires high-quality communication skills to help our users with their moving process to another city for work, as well as provide expert advice centred around our technology platform.

You will act as a dedicated point of contact from start to finish, welcoming new user registrants and educating them on the benefits of the service. In addition, you will liaise with other teams in the company (sales, supply, marketing, product) to make sure that we fulfill users’ needs and expectations.

Candidate profile:

  • Highly organized work habits.
  • Previous sales or customer service training.
  • Professional communication skills
  • A desire to outperform and grow professionally with a young team.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial in spirit.
  • English required, addition languages are advantageous.

This position is full-time, involves weekend shifts and is based in London, TechHub, Moorgate Station.
