At CheckRecipient, we have the ambitious goal of protecting enterprise networks against new and intelligent cyber threats, making it impossible for sensitive information to end up in the wrong hands.

Through advanced machine learning and natural language processing (NLP), CheckRecipient prevents breaches in real-time, outsmarting traditional rule-based, admin-intensive approaches which can only report a breach after it has occurred.

We’re looking to work with the brightest minds to help us accomplish our goal and help defend our clients against the biggest cybersecurity problems.


As our first Customer Success executive, your job is to drive customer engagement and retention through creative and scalable processes. You will also be responsible for working with our technical team to for the on-boarding and training of new CheckRecipient customers, offering best-in-class product implementation via phone and email.

Our customers include the world's largest hedge funds, investment banks and law firms and this role will see require you to build exceptional relationships with senior executives at these organisations.

As to be expected in a startup growing as quickly as we are, the scope of this position will evolve continuously.

You must be a dynamic problem-solver who is able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with our sales, support, product and engineering teams to aggressively improve the product and customer experience as well as meet targets in order to minimise customer churn and drive annual account value.


-Minimum 2.1 or equivalent from a top-tier university
-2+ years experience in customer service or sales for B2B software (ideally SaaS)
-Obsessed about creating amazing experiences for customers
-Love working with technology
-Best in class communication skills, both written and verbal
-Highly analytical, creative and resourceful
-You must have the right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer sponsorship to those without the right to work in the UK

-Previous experience in cybersecurity, machine learning or email security industries
-Experience implementing a customer success team at a previous organisation


-£35,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + equity + performance based incentives
-Central London office location
-A brand new Macbook Air to work on
-Regular team socials and activities
