JOB TITLE: Ecommerce Account Executive

SKU Cloud is the B2B brand of Flubit Ltd – the UK’s brightest ecommerce technology company and online shopping platform – who operate Europe’s largest marketplace ecosystem for retail products. As well as being a channel for online retailers to reach millions of shoppers and grow sales, SKU Cloud provide market-leading online shopping propositions to Destinations Partners (digital brands such as, The Mirror, Mighty Deals and many more). The 60-person team operate from an office overlooking the River Thames in Wapping, London.

The Partnerships team are responsible for acquiring and developing commercial relationships with SKU Cloud’s Destination Partners through delivering market-leading online shopping solutions that drive revenue for the business through license fees and GMV.

The Ecommerce Account Executive is responsible for managing and optimising the day-to-day operations and performance of the solutions provided to Destination Partners. This will include web store management, data feed analysis, and fostering productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive success.


- Monitoring and maintaining ecommerce sites (via an ecommerce platform e.g. OpenCart) and inventory/order API integrations.

- Ensuring products are up to date and available including managing stock levels, pricing, product and category data, and new product additions.

- Constant analysis and feedback of data quality.

- Taking a lead on updating all web assets including website banners, carousel and other marketing collateral.

- Manage analysis and tracking through Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.

- Manage client relationships to understand and exceed expectations, and collaborate on how to grow customer engagement and sales.

- Provide technical teams with considered feature requests that improve data quality and customer experience.

- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and orders.

- Report on campaign effectiveness to senior members of the team and come up with creative ideas to improve on future activity.


- Prior experience with an ecommerce platform or CMS essential.

- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or within a retail or ecommerce technology environment.

- Confident in communicating effectively and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and clients.

- Customer focussed with strong reliance on data, analysis and insight.

- Attention to detail a must.

- Desire to learn and share knowledge/experience.

- Ability to work under pressure in a constantly-evolving environment.

- Basic design skills (e.g. Photoshop / InDesign) desirable.
