Location: Bright Network HQ, 137 Regent Street, London. Our office is situated in the heart of the West End with excellent transport links, a roof terrace and our own urban Bee Hive.
Remuneration: Competitive, plus commission

The people we seek:
You will have ~4-8 years post-university experience in a commercial environment involving B2B sales and strategic account growth.

Hands on experience of working in a B2B business development team
A track record of hitting new business sales targets
An interest in innovation and high-growth entrepreneurial businesses

The Senior Commercial Manager will work closely with the Commercial Director to:

Strategic growth of key client accounts
Actively acquire new clients as long-term recurring revenue relationships
Support the sales team in increasing revenue year on year
Actively educate the rest of the business on market appetite for current and future products
Continually improve the sales processes specifically leveraging and any other relevant software or processes

Specific responsibilities
The focus of this role is account growth and new business development. You’ll be required to:

Grow key client accounts
Generate sales through direct calls, face-to-face meetings, networking events, referrals, emails and direct/digital marketing activities
Attend client meetings and pitches as and when required and provide input into presentations and business and sales strategy
Input onto B2B marketing strategies and help in their execution
Work alongside other senior team members across all areas of the business to improve efficiency of processes and implement robust recruitment policies and processes – including the effective use of CRM tools.
Work with the operations and finance directors to price new products to ensure a suitable profit margin and product/market fit
Provide key intelligence on market trends that come out of sales meetings
