Looking to work with some of the biggest festivals and events in the UK and Europe? We are in search of an Operations Manager that can help ensure that our clients are happy!

StreetTeam is building a global network of ambassadors that brands can leverage to sell their products and services. We have established a beachhead in live entertainment working with some of the biggest music events in the world. Clients in the UK include Reading, Leeds, Latitude, Download, Bestival, NASS and Boardmasters and 100 more! We want to continue to dominate this market, while beginning to explore others.

What you’ll be doing:
• Support our client success managers by helping them with the end-to-end execution of our biggest festival campaigns
• Hire, train and lead our team of community managers, optimising processes and ensuring they are on track to reach their targets
• Respond to all European customer support phone and email queries ensuring that all of our customers love StreetTeam

You’ll be joining the company at an exciting time. We’ve just closed a major round of funding and you’ll play a big part and share in the business’ continued growth.
