The organisation is always hiring into its VIP Customer Service team, and is particularly keen to hear from talented individuals looking to join a startup in a vital customer-facing role. The position involves working with landlords and tenants to provide information, log support issues, and general administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for customers on the telephone and via email
• Tracking, updating, and resolving property management issues with our property management team
• Booking appointments and managing logistics for our roaming teams
• Ad hoc tasks on behalf of the operations team

• Engaging and charismatic customer manner
