Inside Sales Manager

HomeTouch is the UK leader in online home care and is backed by a stellar list of investors with a high performance team, and fantastic board and group of advisers. We have recently acquired the largest database of live in carers in Europe and are in the process of rolling our our new 25,000 carers to the whole of the UK.

We’re now hiring a sales leader, a proven performer who can both sell effectively to our customers and coach team members to become outstanding performers.

Responsibilities

Manage our current sales team and motivating them to perform
Enhancing our current sales process, ensuring it aligns with our brand values and ethics
Scaling our team, making hires and building our different functions within the team
Immediately understand the nuances of this space, the current landscape and the critical factors to be successful
Conversant in the latest sales tools and methodologies to scale process and pipeline

Experience

You’ll be persuasive, assertive and self-confident and love the process of consultative selling
You’ll have at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably inside sales
You’ll have worked in the tech industry, preferably in high growth consumer internet or marketplace business
You’ll have been a top performer with your previous organisations
You’ll be disciplined and organized with your time and know how to maximise your productivity


Bonus points

Sales experience in a regulated or sensitive vertical such as healthcare
Experience selling to consumers
