MyBuilder is an online marketplace dedicated to helping homeowners find quality tradespeople through the power of reviews. Our mission is to change the building industry. We’ve built a fantastic product, but MyBuilder is nothing without great tradespeople and that’s where you come in.


Your Role


Acting as one of our gatekeepers, you will be responsible for screening and monitoring tradespeople, so our homeowner customers have the best experience using MyBuilder.


Not all tradespeople who apply to MyBuilder are accepted – we want quantity without sacrificing quality. Using a range of screening methods, including background checks and fraud prevention techniques, you will make the final decision on whether a tradesperson meets our high standards.


Earning our users’ trust is imperative so your input won’t end at the application stage. You’ll be actively involved in evaluating feedback and investigating tradespeople who may not be right for our service. Your decisions will shape MyBuilder’s reputation so this is an important role with real purpose.

You will be confident and not afraid to make decisions. You should be analytical and have a real knack for detective work. An ability to multi-task will be essential as you identify priorities and move effortlessly between tasks.
