If you’re smart, driven and ambitious – but not a developer – then this role at SPOKE might just fit the bill.

To start, we’ll parachute you into our Customer Service department. And make no mistake, on Day 1, you’ll be manning the phones, monitoring our social channels, and replying to emails.

Soon there'll be a team to support you – and when we’ve moulded a world-beating customer service team you can move on to other projects, in operations or beyond.

We’ve just closed a round of funding, with some of the savviest investors in tech and retail – and we have some eye-watering sales momentum. The opportunities will come thick and fast.


REQUIREMENTS

The Ideal Candidate will be:



A Thinker: creative, adaptable, and great at improvising solutions
A Doer: full of initiative, can-do and epic levels of hustle
An Artist: great at composing pitch-perfect emails and tweets, and excited by great design
A Scientist: comfortable managing numbers to drive out insights
Authentically passionate about building a menswear brand



Ideally you will have:

Some Customer Service experience
Strong MS Office chops – especially excel
Truck-loads of empathy and a natural talent for building rapport.

BENEFITS

Base Salary - £20-25,000, depending on experience
Up to 10% Performance Bonus
