We are seeking an ambitious and positive go-getter to promote our company and deliver a high quality service to our current and future clients.

Responsibilities:

- Inbound and outbound calls to leads and current clients

- Ensuring all calls, emails, and web chats are attended to

- Full spectrum of account management for clients and leads you are responsible for

- Managing the on-boarding process for new clients and matching them with the appropriate carers

- Obtaining regular feedback from clients to ensure high quality care delivery

Requirements:

- Sales/client-facing experience preferred

- Interest in the healthcare sector, ideally experience in healthcare and knowledge of the UK’s home care industry

- Must enjoy working with people and have an empathetic nature

- Must be driven to learn and work hard and adapt to fast pace start-up culture

- Outstanding communication skills on the phone, in person and in writing
