This role involves being responsible for the support and configuration of global trading systems and offers great exposure to technical (testing, configuration, development, release management, environment management) and service aspects of IT consultancy. There may also be the opportunity to travel abroad to work with our clients.
Responsibilities: – Support clients – Processing of support tickets – Client management – Investigating and resolving queries e.g. data analysis, application issues or database related – Testing new software functionality & assisting the quality assurance process
Requirements – Problem solving skills – Communication skills – Jira – Unix – Linux – Java (minimum basic knowledge)
-SQL & Hbase
We expect you to have a basic knowledge across the board and the ability to learn quickly. Extensive training will be provided on the job.
