Egift cards then become an instant payout method where businesses save up to 15% on the value of the payout due to the discounts retailers give when buying in bulk.

THE JOB

Business Development Manager - Publisher & Affiliates UK - based Central London

The Role

Sells WeGift’s gift card solutions direct to Advertisers, Publishers and Affiliates.
Develops and maintains customer relationships
Able to identify and reach key decision makers within the digital media marketplace
Manages pipeline, new business meeting agendas, presentation preparation and the collation of collateral for meeting and demonstrating with prospects
Develops resources and new business opportunities
Responsible for new business development
Responsible for updating sales forecast and feeding into bi-weekly management forecast
Oversees own day to day performance in line with objectives provided by management
Direct input into strategy and direction of their role in versus the changing marketplace, through weekly update meetings with manager

Requirements

Proven experience in the online media buying space and be able to demonstrate strong existing relationships in the space
Experience in the display market
An expert understanding of the online digital market
Good technical understanding of ad operations, but not required to have a technical background
Strong communication, project management and negotiation skills
Experience of cold calling and face to face pitches
Self-starter
Results orientated
Good communication and presentation skills
Negotiation & influencing skills and an ability to reach the right person to in an organisation
Ability to prioritise in the face of demanding timeframes
Organisational and exceptional time management skills
Business acumen
Excellent presentation skills

Experience

Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a related field. New business sales experience required.
Specialisation in Retail preferred. Experience of Digital Media, Retargeting, Direct marketing / CRM preferred.

Salary: £45K plus benefits and incentives
