Through a set of powerful API and ecommerce solutions we’re enabling instant ordering, advanced analytics and a revolution in payments by creating a new payment rails by turning plastic analogue gift cards into a real-time digital currency.

Egift cards then become an instant payout method where businesses save up to 15% on the value of the payout due to the discounts retailers give when buying in bulk.

THE JOB

Account manager (London)

About you

Sales & account management experience
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of critical thinking, organizational and decision-making skills, initiative and attention to detail.
Ability to determine work priorities and remain flexible as needs and priorities change.
Analytical skills and experience of CRM tools and reporting using analytics.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently with limited supervision or within a group or team.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and maintain effective working relationships with clients to drive revenue and growth
Supporting clients on an ongoing basis, including onboarding and project management
Regularly and proactively interact with customers, be their key liaison to our business, ensuring any issues are escalated, tracked and resolved
Analysing the client's business and developing a wider market intelligence
Developing strategies and identifying new opportunities to help our clients grow
Be willing to challenge clients on their approach and thought processes
Map out and engage with the client’s wider organisation including key stakeholders and influencers
Continually articulating our value proposition to stakeholder in the wider business beyond your direct client contact
Explore opportunities to upsell new products
Gather requirements for clients future needs
Forecast growth, track and report metrics and results
Create and manage a communication strategy which includes quarterly business reviews, potential new opportunities and feature updates

Compensation

UP to £35k
Up to £10k in equity
