The instant availability of goods has always been an unresolved issue at the core of commerce. Quiqup is solving that problem. We’re doing it via an infrastructure, used by individuals or organisations to pickup or deliver goods on-demand.
Quiqup is expanding and it is time for us to start building out our People team. This role is for an an all round organisational superstar. You will be ready to jump into anything, with a focus on supporting the team, coordinating a busy office and championing our company culture.
What you will be doing
- Making sure the office is a healthy, energized, cooperative and engaging environment for all staff
- Owning supplier relationships including building management and office suppliers
- Keeping on top of all our health & safety needs
- Organising company events and employee surprise and delights
- Assisting in onboarding of new starters and managing company equipment
- Supporting the founders with our office space strategy
- Ad hoc projects with the People Team
- Ad hoc support for senior management travel and expenses.
What we expect
- 1-2 years in a similar role, start up experience a massive plus!
- A good understanding of HSE and office compliance
- A Mac whizz, experience with internal IT troubleshooting a bonus
- A genuine people person, used to juggling 101 things at once and always with a smile
- Eligible to work in the UK
