We’re seeking someone with team management skills who’s ready to dive into the tech startup world of London and take charge of the Front of House team at our busy coworking space 50 metres from Old Street roundabout.

As Head of Front of House at Runway East Shoreditch you’ll be managing our Front of House team and be ultimately responsible for the first and last impression our members and visitors get, so we’re looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, fast thinking and hard-working, with experience of managing teams.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Leading and managing the front of house team to deliver a consistently excellent standard of customer service to all members and visitors.
Managing the public areas of Runway East Shoreditch, ensuring they are safe,secure and presentable,
Troubleshooting Members complaints
Working closely with the Operations and Community Managers to improve our members experience
Manage our team of young staff at Front of House
Ensuring our building is welcoming, in good repair, clean and tidy
Greeting and checking in our members and visitors with a friendly smile
Managing the post, phone and general email
Assisting with building operations and management
Moving new members in and out of our buildings or relocating current members
Reporting Maintenance issues and tracking response
Help with events planning and delivery
General building and membership admin
Required Skills and Experience:

Team management skills, preferably in hospitality and retail
A friendly, professional and fearless attitude
Have exceptional attention to detail
Clear and articulate verbal and written communication
Well versed in the use of MS Office and similarly relevant tools
