Manager for Property Business

A small but fast growing company is looking to recruit an enthusiastic part time Property Manager/ Assistant for the Rent Simple team. This is a great role for someone who is looking to work flexible hours and wants to work for a small fun dynamic team and become part of the 'family'.

A background in Property Management or Lettings would be ideal however would consider professionals of other backgrounds if skills and experience is transferable. This really is a mixed bag role and as we are a small company will vary vastly from finding tenants to fill rooms to designing rooms and helping to grow the business. No two days are the same and we are sure you won’t be bored.

Ability to drive is a must and preference will be given to candidates who are car owners.

Must have skills required, strong problems solving, ability to think on feet, communication skills, team working, conflict management and organisation. Desirable skills, IT literacy, Interior Design, IT Systems etc.
