Customer Success Officer

We are keen to find an enthusiastic new member of our Customer Success team to come and help manage our rapidly growing client base.

Our team owns all the customer relationships, and the successful candidate will be a trusted partner that our clients can depend on for support & as well as being a source of new ideas to help leverage the true value of the platform. Working for some of the biggest brands (TicketMaster & Greggs to name a few) the right applicant will develop and flourish into taking the lead on big client projects.

It will be up to you to help our customers realise their app and online ordering vision and ensure maximum ROI. You’ll know exactly how to help resolve their queries because you’ll become an expert in the Preoday platform and our customers’ requirements.

But don’t worry, as a tightknit team, we’ll be here to support and guide you as you become a Preoday expert and build out your knowledge of the platform.

This is an entry level role, but we only look to hire future leaders and anyone we bring on board will be expected to quickly grow and develop within the Preoday organisation.

The Successful candidate will be able to show evidence of:
