Finance Clerk (Part-time)

Bloom & Wild is looking for someone to assist with the entry and analysis of financial data and preparation of monthly reports. Reporting to the Head of Finance you’ll be responsible for verifying financial data and maintaining accurate records. This will require strong excel skills combined with a curiosity to learn as well as an ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Specifically, your responsibilities will consist of:

-Entry and extraction of data to/from financial systems
-Preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules
-Maintaining the weekly cash flow report
-Assisting with year-end audit requests
-Processing and payment of invoices as required
-Assisting with other ad hoc financial reporting activities as required

The key skills and experience we need:

-Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing a similar role or bookkeeping function in a small to medium sized business
-Strong organisational skills & excellent attention to detail
-Strong MS Excel skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
