Rota is changing the zero hour contract model, connecting employers with hospitality workers on-demand – because we cut out the middle man of temp agencies, we pay workers more, and employers pay less. We’ve raised wages for thousands of the UK's lowest earners and have phenomenal traction with employers. Within our first 12 months we have expanded into 5 cities and grown to over 3000 active users.

Our company has grown to over 25 people since launching in 2015, and we are expecting to be 80 by the end of 2018. We are a young team with a clear vision for expansion. We are based in WeWork Old St and make the most of the surrounding area after work. We also have regular company events/parties that have ranged from Pitch 'n Putt to Thai dinners, and every Wednesday we buy lunch for everyone and take an hour to learn something new. Our biggest asset is our culture so we are looking for someone who is wants to become part of what we have created, as much as wanting to build great products.

The Role;

You will work with our growing product team (3 Fullstack Feature Devs, UI Designer, Business Analyst and Product Owner) to ensure we continue to deliver best in class solutions to our clients and members. We work in an agile environment across a number of frameworks and three different products.

We are looking for someone interested in getting into the Product side of a business to join us initially in a QA role with the vision to work across both QA and Business Analysis. You will be responsible for the testing of all our products across multiple platforms and devices to ensure we are releasing nothing but the best quality.

No prior experience is required, just the attitude to throw yourself into things and work hard. You will work alongside our current BA who will help you find your feet and then you will expected to work in the team to deliver high quality QA. The role will require a keen eye for detail and someone who is not afraid to point out when something can be improved.

As you get use to the product and the team we may look to you to begin contributing into the research and specification of new features, seeing the whole process from conception through to delivery.

Requirements;
Strong attention to detail.
Experience working in a team environment (does not have to have been work related)
Ability to look at things analytically and devise a plan to get from A to B.
An interest in learning and growing in a product team.

Nice to haves;
SME or smaller company experience.
A degree (in anything).
