Sales executive
City Pantry is at the forefront of transforming the way businesses view culture - helping companies to work better, by eating together. After three years, we’ve delivered over a million meals across London to some of the world’s newest & most exciting brands; Google, Facebook & Uber (amongst many, many others).
We need an experienced business development exec who can drive revenue to the top-line and deliver a step-change in business performance. You’ll be responsible for developing & converting your own sales funnel, along with those brought to you from our new business team. You’ll ensure a constant flow of new, valuable, key accounts. You’ll on-board each of your customers & manage their first few months, before handing over to our Account Management team.
You’re an intelligent & experienced salesperson, with a natural talent for developing relationships. Full of energy & enthusiasm, you find targets motivating and have have a history of demonstrated success, in a B2B business.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a constant flow of new, valuable, accounts (& revenue).
- Work with the existing team to refine sales proposition, ensuring maximum conversion on high potential leads.
- Help to on-board & train new members of the new business team.
- Identify new products and business opportunities, constantly refining tactical & strategic approaches to closing new accounts.
- Design and execute marketing & networking events to showcase City Pantry at its very best.
- Help to refine our reporting & analysis of potential customers (as part of the wider market).

Requirements
-2+ years experience in sales. Ideally in B2B.
-A proven track record of (and a hunger to) smash targets.
-Creative thinker with a keen ability to diagnose & analyse patterns in the sales cycle.
-Self-starter. Always strive to find new, better, faster ways of delivering success.
-Get stuff done, consistently and smartly - things move fast here at City Pantry so you’ll need to work hard in the smartest way possible.
-Love speaking to new people each-and-every day.
