We are looking for a personable, outgoing and enthusiastic experienced business development professional who can drive revenue to the top-line and deliver a step-change in business performance. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a strong skill set in sales, but searching for more responsibility, autonomy and startup experience with a view to becoming an equity shareholder and part of the key senior management team.

  • You can work independently as well as with a close knit team
  • You ideally have a consultative sales style
  • You ideally can translate geek speak to lay people
  • You ideally have startup experience/knowledge

You are expected to:


  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and ability to articulate company value proposition through consultative sales process
  • Develop and convert a constant flow of new, valuable accounts and project work through your own sales funnel and flow brought to you by team members
  • Work with the existing team to refine sales proposition, collateral and marketing messages, ensuring maximum conversion on high potential leads
  • Help to recruit, on-board & train new members of the business
  • Identify new products and business opportunities, constantly refining tactical & strategic approaches to closing new accounts.
  • Take leadership role early on in the business
  • Help to refine reporting & analysis of potential customers

Requirements


  • 2+ years experience in sales, ideally around B2B with a consultative style
  • Winner – A proven track record of success
  • Creative thinker – Can diagnose & analyse patterns in the sales cycle
  • Self-starter – Always striving to find new, better, faster ways of delivering success.
  • Operator – Always happy to just get stuff done,
  • ABC – Love speaking to new people each-and-every day.

  • Up to £40k base with equal OTE
