Customer Success Specialist

This key role puts you on the front line of the business and you will be the proactive voice of the business to our gym partners and corporate customers. It will require you to deliver exceptional support to our clients and partners, maintain up to date information on our systems, solve issues, and help them grow their business and use our platform.

What you will do:
> Proactively support our gym partners/clients in growing their business by handling their inbound inquiries

>Review and react to performance data

>Make outbound calls to solve issues, reviewing feedback

>Business administration and system maintenance

>Collaborate and manage a number of our gym partners & clients to help them increase their revenue and generate improved customer feedback

>Ad-hoc projects which will involve working with other departments in the business. This means you will work alongside the Sales and Business Operations teams.

You Will Need:
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Be a good listener in order to understand customer needs and doubts
-Be a motivated problem solver
-Solutions focused and passionate about customer satisfaction and retention
-Ability to drive continuous value of our products
-Ability to use customers feedback to help direct continuous improvements
-Prior experience in customer success or equivalent experience of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
-University degree (preferred)
