The current team size is just over 25 people across both technical and commercial (designers, developers, engineers, product managers, contact centre staff, marketers and business operations). If you are looking for an opportunity will enable you to be hands on in a fast moving and brand new environment, as well as having a lot of fun, WonderBill may well be the place for you.

In a startup environment, you will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the desktop environment is setup correctly and secure, as well as provide desktop support to staff using a variety of operating systems.

Responsibilities:

Frontline Desktop Support (Mac, ChromeOS, Windows)
Desktop Engineering (automating setup / support / security tasks)
Operational Monitoring
User Training
Onboarding / Offboarding
Security Auditing
You need to be both a true computer whiz, as well as personable as this role will involve providing IT support to internal staff.
A longer term part of this role is to monitor and improve our overall IT and Desktop security as defined by industry standards.

We don’t need someone with an academic background, but a degree in computer science would be a plus. Google G-Suite experience would be a plus.

Required:

Some Linux/Mac command line experience, and some programming knowledge.
