Sales Executive

We are sourcing a highly-motivated team to deliver an outstanding service to our customers. You will contribute in generating sales for our company and be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships, playing a key role in continuing to build a positive reputation for LOVESPACE. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, precise attention to detail and who is always ready to go the extra mile to deliver the best possible experience. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with queries from our customers.

LOVESPACE was co-founded in 2012 by Brett Akker (co-founder of Streetcar). Carl August Ameln (founder of multiple storage business across Europe) and Steve Folwell (Strategy Director at Guardian Media Group). Responsibilities would include:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a new product or service.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the LOVESPACE’s admin site in an accurate manner.
• Handle complaints to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information our database.

The candidate will demonstrate and have the following attributes:
• Positive, confident & communicative individual who shows initiative and is confident in dealing with clients
• Engaging, with ability to connect and empathise with people from all backgrounds
• Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills, and an attention to detail
• Highly organised, fanatical attention to detail, common sense judgement and a passion for precision.
• A creative and resourceful problem solver with tonnes of initiative.

Please note that there is a commission scheme in place for this role.
