We have built a lot of deep tech and unique intellectual property, with us now looking to go deeper into market.

The Sales and Partnerships Manager will work alongside our CEO on the day-to-day running of all commercial activities. You’ll be responsible for helping define and execute Citizens business development and commercial strategy to maximise business performance.

In this new role you’ll be responsible for closing new channel partnerships, in particular working with startups and leading industry software providers.

A key element of this role will be demonstrating the Citizen platform to prospects whilst clearly communicating the solution’s value proposition. The Sales and Partnerships Manager will convey Citizens core benefits whilst also tailoring functionality to meet the specific requirements of different prospects.

You will also be involved in various other sales support activities including preparing and delivering sales pitches, drafting proposals and prospect support.

Excellent networker and adept at building relationships
Previous experience in a business development role with a track record of performance and achieving goals
Genuine passion for sales and lead generation and a passion for learning and creating business opportunities
Great presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working both autonomously and in a small team
Interest in technology, the startup community, and supporting other businesses as they grow
