We work with some of the biggest brands through direct advertisers and Media Agencies, and our patented technologies provide unparalleled accuracy for clients to understand their competitors’ keywords, budgets, spend, CPCs, Adcopy and more.

We are growing our Sales Team and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team in London winning new business opportunities. You will be selling our winning product to Agencies and Ecommerce companies across a key verticals such as retail, travel, and automotive, and will be confident at taking clients through the sales cycle from start to finish, conducting demos, webinars and conducting the sales and contract negotiations through to closing the deals yourself.

This will be a quota carrying role where you will carry an individual monthly target, and earn a percentage of everything you sell. It is a consultative and strategic sell, whereby you will be selling to both agencies and brands direct.

-Bring on new business from key companies across the eCommerce and online space
-Nurture sales opportunities from start to finish to key decision makers at management level to c-level executives
-Manage multiple sales cycles of varying length at any one time, and of varying complexity
-Demonstrate Adthena’s value proposition to customers and its value added
-Confidently demonstrate and pitch to medium size to enterprise size clients across the ecommerce and online landscape across the UK (both agencies and clients direct
-Utilise Product Marketing and the Customer Success Teams to win new business opportunities
- Embed yourself in learning and understanding what we do, our product functionality, features and benefits, the competitor landscape and the online marketing sector.
- Working through key industry verticals to refine messaging by sector
- Proposing solutions based on the Adthena value proposition, leveraging Adthena case studies & user cases
- Confidently own contract negotiation and fee negotiations with your prospects

You will be a highly proficient & confident Sales Manager with a proven track record in Inside Sales closing mid market and enterprise level deals. You will have:
- Experience selling AD Tech, SAAS, or Search software, but if not you will have experience selling a complex product or offering
- Ideally 3+ years experience in selling to mid-market or enterprise size clients across the UK, either to clients direct or through agency sales
- Experience selling to key decision makers including C-Level and Board level
- Confident at both face to face and phone based sales, creating and conducting demonstrations and presentations, negotiating pricing and contractual terms
- History and proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Keen interest in working in a fast paced, fluid, startup that is scaling and preparing for international growth
- Ideally you will have experience working in the AD Tech, SAAS, or Search Space, but if not you will have a passion to do so
- A Fast learner who is keen and passionate about online advertising and technology
- You will be excited and curious, and motivated to develop your knowledge to the highest level to make the biggest impact and quickly.
