As an E-commerce company experiencing a tremendous growth, we are now looking for a Legal Intern. You will be working closely with the Head of Legal on specialist projects alongside key stakeholders in the legal, marketing and operational teams. Your main responsibility will be to provide legal advice on contractual matters and draft and review a variety of contracts, legal documents, guides and templates including power of attorneys, tenancy agreements, confidentiality agreements, shareholder agreements, letters of intent, commercial agreements, employment letters... etc. You will also be involved in company incorporation matters in different European countries.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for:
Drafting and reviewing a variety documents, guides, and templates relating to the following areas:
Providing ad hoc legal advice to different departments within the company;
Supervising the creation of legal structures (incorporation, VAT number, MOSS application…) in various European countries;
Identifying areas of risk and providing strategies to mitigate them whilst working within our parameters;
Organizing their time effectively working towards deadlines whilst managing expectations of the various stakeholders.
Who you are
Knowledge of how to draft and review contracts, guides, and templates.
Knowledge of various research techniques and where to find required information.
Ability to provide advice in a clear, concise and precise manner.
Knowledge of various areas of law would be advantageous.
Strong communication skills to interact with senior colleagues and commercial teams within the business.
Good project management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
Fluent in English.
An eye for detail.
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office (especially Word).
You hold at least a Master in Law.
Double training in management would be ideal but not essential
Experience within the Legal environment would be beneficial but not necessary.
You must have a can-do attitude.
