We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join the Goodlord team!

Our fast growing prop tech startup is looking for someone with a quantitative mindset who has experience in scaling up sales teams in high growth businesses to come and grow our sales team. You’ll work alongside our Sales Director and provide support to both him and the customer acquisition team whilst upskilling our sales reps as we prepare to scale countrywide as well as internationally.

Responsibilities


You’ll be responsible for the success of your team and will be expected to engage, motivate and lead them to victory!
Onboarding, coaching and managing your ambitious and friendly team.
Working on projects that will improve our sales processes and streamline activities.
Influencing strategic decisions and working on ways to ensure scalability.
You’ll still be able to close those important deals and will be able to lead by example.
You’ll be responsible for implementing effective coaching plans which measurably improve rep performance.

Skills and experience

You have a track record of success in managing & scaling sales teams and exceeding team quotas.
Demonstrable success as an individual contributor.
Experience of effective pipeline generation strategies in a transactional / high volume sales environment.
You demonstrate key leadership competencies; the ability to coach, give effective feedback, manage performance and manage change.
You have a deep understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
You’re metrics driven, have an analytical mindset and have demonstrable success in using data to diagnose rep coaching needs.
Competent with CRM, building reports and optimising workflows.
