We’re looking for an ambitious Growth Operations Manager to join the Goodlord team!

The Growth Operations Manager will support our fast growing and expanding Growth Team. The ideal candidate is data driven, will thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment, is able to think and operate at a strategic level as well as act functionally for the demands of the day-to-day operations. Experience with a SaaS IT sales environment required.

In this role you will be responsible for optimising Growth Operations to enable the sales force to maximise opportunities, develop target markets, provide performance analysis and develop appropriate reporting solutions. Your approach will enable key stakeholders to make informed, pro-active decisions and your data driven mindset will uncover market nuances that will assist to improve the sales cycle and overall productivity of the team.
You will also work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate resourcing is in place to achieve our GTM plans.

Responsibilities:

Provide insightful commentary and reporting on key metrics and analytics
Enable the sales teams to become more productive through targeted territory management
Assists management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Facilitates an organisation of continuous process improvement
Help to define and enable the planning of the go to market strategy across all direct & indirect sales channels
Model, manage and communicate sales quotas for new hires or rep transfers
Create and help to drive adoption of new business and system processes for operational efficiency
Train sales teams on sales systems best practices and process
Provide support with new hire onboarding to ensure all sales reps are operationally prepared for the role
Work collaboratively with the sales team and other parts of the business to resolve issues and seek ways to optimise sales operations efficiencies in both processes and tooling

Skills and Experience:

Experience from a role in commercial/sales operations in a fast paced environment;
Experienced working with Salesforce;
Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Commercial/Sales Operations processes and systems;
Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions;
Experience with modelling potential compensation and quota structures would be an advantage;
Experience researching and implementing new sales tools to aid the workflow of an inside sales force;
Experience identifying necessary sales process improvements and leading projects to drive change;
Familiarity with the Quote-to-Cash process and sales performance KPIs;
Strong communication skills;
Organised and can juggle working on multiple different projects at once;
Strong Excel (and PowerPoint) skills, including pivot tables.
