CTO and COO Co-founders AI for HR - Sweat Equity

Hi all, I am looking for one or two cofounders to join me on a journey to help companies building and retaining the best teams on earth.
It’s a crowded market, yes, but most companies are standing in line behind Linkedin, while there is room on the priority line free for the taking.
A bit about myself: – First Product manager at one of the most successful big data startup in London, helping the growth of the team from 10 to almost 300 strong – Product Director at one well known B2C app, where I helped flipping negative unit economics and piloted the launch of Apple Pay and Google Pay in UK. – Most recently I worked at the innovation lab of a know fund manager where I led the team building the fastest growing property based P2P platform in UK. 0 to £60m in managed assets in less than 1 year. – Developed, designed and launched the second most popular whisky app in UK and US, just for fun.
What’s been done so far: – I’ve built prototypes of most of the key components, as a Proof of concept – Landing page is up and already collected interest from a number of companies, including a well known furniture provider, a food delivery “startup” and various agencies. – Lots of market research, started conversations with agencies, executive search firms, and investors, more customer development is lined up.
What I’m looking for: – One or two like minded people, that want to get stuff done and have an impact – Experience building micro-service oriented systems, data processing and AI for the CTO position – Experience with the HR or recruitment market, as well as understanding of SaaS marketing and sales for the COO – Most importantly, a passion for the space and getting along well together :)
