Drover is the mobility platform for the future. Our vision is to reinvent mobility through a range of 21st century products and services that build on unstoppable industry megatrends. Our first product is an online marketplace for commercial vehicle rentals that bridges the gap between short-term rentals and long-term leasing, providing an attractive alternative to buying a car. In an effort to disrupt deeply established industries, we are in the process of scaling our business through additional product launches while increasing our geographic reach.

We have grown tremendously since launch to multiple millions in GMV run-rate and have been serially backed by some of the world's top VCs and industry investors including Forward Partners, Partech Ventures, Version One and BP Ventures.

Having reached a headcount of several dozen people, we are now looking to add a rockstar talent & HR professional to help us ramp up our hiring operations and streamline our people processes.
In this role, you will be working with us on the following:

Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to negotiating compensation packages. Find scalable ways to recruit top tech & business talent fast.

People Operations: Review and streamline our HR processes including performance management, OKR implementation, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion as well as learning, development and training.

Workplace Management & Culture Building: Help us continue to build a working environment that fosters a strong culture of employee happiness and high performance across teams.


Bachelor’s Degree from a leading university and evidence of exceptional academic performance

3-5 years of experience in a hybrid HR and Talent Acquisition role ideally in a high growth startup (Candidates with technical Talent Acquisition experience only + a keen interest to take on a larger HR role are also welcome to apply)

Demonstrable track record of scaling recruitment operations through innovative and unique processes within a short period of time

A people person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will define, embody and represent Drover’s unique culture both internally and externally toward candidates

A highly organized individual who has no problem juggling multiple areas of responsibility

A total hustler who is ready and excited to work with and learn from an incredible team that includes serial entrepreneurs and alumni from some of the world’s best schools (Oxbridge, LSE, WHU) and most exciting companies (Uber, Lyft, Gett, WeWork, EY, Goldman Sachs)
