We are looking for a motivated marketing manager (full-time) to take charge of our marketing strategy – planning and executing working with a host of our partners nationwide and even internationally. This is the perfect role for an individual with start-up experience or a recent graduate who wishes to launch and accelerate her/his marketing career in a fast-paced, challenging environment. We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated track record of work.

What you will be doing
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns – to drive awareness and to drive adoption of the award-winning Automist
• Leading on managing our existing partner relationships and helping our partners to drive customer acquisition
• Event marketing (planning, delivering presentations to stakeholders and events)
• Developing our content marketing strategy, including developing blog posts, online
• Analysing results of marketing campaigns to refine our marketing strategy

What we need
• Track record of getting people to ‘buy in’ to new product, service or experience
• Experience of taking a data-driven approach to marketing, measuring results and refining strategy
• Self-starter with ability to think creatively to build brand awareness and win customers
• Results-oriented and thrives under pressure
• Passionate about technology and start-ups, and keen interest in technology and architecture
• Confidence, charisma and ability to build strong partner relationships
• Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC and/or paid social marketing a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
