Relationship Executive: Job Description and Responsibilities:
No prior Sales experience necessary, your energy and motivation for this role will stand you out as an ideal candidate
We are looking for a Relationship Executive to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. Your primary task will be to sign up a targeted number of businesses on our Jo App Business Platform and will serve as their main point of contact for queries about the platform and provide them with support whenever required.
Your responsibilities will include: * Liaising with potential customers and playing a key role in communicating the benefits of platform features to ensure completion of sale * Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers * Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on platform features * Providing a structured professional environment to enable a positive customer experience * Follow and achieve challenging but achievable sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer when required * Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on platform features * “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Requirements: * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Excellent proficiency in English, additional languages are a bonus * Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements * Work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales Representative or similar role, application / technology experience are a bonus * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus * Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner * Strong A-level results (or similar) at least but Bachelor’s degree (or similar) preferred
